The visual configurations, options, and starting pricing estimates displayed on our website are for initial planning and illustrative purposes only. All custom builds, final material selections, and specific project costs will be defined in a signed Construction & Purchase Agreement before manufacturing begins.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents on this site — including architectural renderings, 3D layouts, blueprint designs, custom copy, photography, and the brand logo — are the exclusive intellectual property of Modern Tiny House LLC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any assets without prior written consent.
4. User Obligations & Conduct
When submitting lead forms, calculator specifications, or partner applications, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from using this website to submit fraudulent requests, transmit malicious code, or scrape data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Modern Tiny House LLC is not liable for minor color discrepancies, wood grain variations, or visual representation variances in final delivered builds. We are not responsible for any site preparation delays, foundation failures, or zoning permission issues on the buyer’s property.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any project agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
