All custom builds, architectural specifications, and binding project costs are governed exclusively by a signed Construction & Purchase Agreement prior to manufacturing.

All contents on this site — including architectural renderings, 3D layouts, blueprint designs, custom photography, brand marks, and digital configuration tools — are the exclusive intellectual property of Modern Tiny House LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Obligations & Conduct

When submitting inquiries, customization specifications, or partner applications, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are prohibited from submitting fraudulent requests, transmitting malicious code, or scraping proprietary media and configuration logic.

5. Information Collection & Usage

We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit when interacting with our website and configuration tools. This includes contact details (name, email address, phone number), project specifications (tiny house model selections, size, insulation, off-grid systems), and basic technical usage data.

Collected information is utilized strictly to process pricing estimates, respond to consultation requests, manage showroom visit bookings, provide customer support, and optimize our digital tools.

7. Limitation of Liability & Site Conditions

Modern Tiny House LLC is not liable for minor natural material variances (such as wood grain textures or finish variations) in final delivered builds.

Buyers are solely responsible for local zoning compliance, municipal permitting, foundation preparation, and site access conditions on their property.

8. Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms and data privacy practices are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
