Modern Tiny House is a U.S.-based construction company with European roots and extensive experience in residential construction. Our business is registered in South Carolina, where we have also established our showroom and are developing our presence in the U.S. market. Our goal is to combine our construction experience with a more flexible approach to small-format architecture. We create high-quality tiny houses and modular accommodation solutions for private landowners, glamping operators, campgrounds, hospitality businesses and other property owners looking to develop their land.

Our team brings together different areas of expertise required to take a construction project from an initial idea to a completed building. We have management and administrative support, project managers, sales specialists, construction crews and a project engineer who supports the technical and engineering side of our projects. Instead of separating the project between multiple unrelated companies, we aim to keep the process centralized. Our team can coordinate the key stages of a project, communicate directly with the client and manage the transition from planning and engineering to production, delivery and installation.

Our experience in construction goes far beyond tiny houses.
Our experience in construction goes far beyond tiny houses. Over the years, our team has been involved in the construction of full-size private residences, including large custom homes and mansions, as well as multi-family residential buildings. Working on larger residential projects gave us an understanding of construction at a completely different scale — from structural systems and materials to finishing, engineering coordination and the many details that determine the long-term quality of a building. We also worked with smaller residential structures and began developing an interest in the tiny-house concept. We saw that a smaller building does not have to mean lower construction quality. Instead, it can provide a more flexible way to develop land and create new accommodation opportunities.
Bringing European craftsmanship to the American market.
The tiny-house concept was not as developed in Ukraine and many parts of Europe as it is in the United States. At the same time, we saw the potential of this type of construction and understood that our existing construction experience could be applied to the growing U.S. market. This led us to bring our experience to the United States and develop Modern Tiny House as a company focused specifically on this opportunity. Today, we are building our U.S. presence from South Carolina and looking for the right projects and partners with whom we can develop our first larger-scale projects in the American market.
